Overview - Installer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team and explore employment opportunities in HVAC. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in new construction, a strong background in HVAC/R systems, and hands-on experience in installation and maintenance. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in installing Mitsubishi Mini-Split systems is a plus. Responsibilities - Installer

- Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems according to specifications and safety standards.

- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions.

- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installation projects.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed.

- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on job sites.

Experience

- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role is preferred (3 years in new construction is helpful).

- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.

- Ability to read technical diagrams effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
