· Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service. 

· Scheduling: Organize and manage appointments to ensure timely service delivery. 

· Parts Management: Assist in ordering and tracking parts needed for service calls. 

· Administrative Tasks: Utilize dispatching software and Microsoft-based programs to maintain records and streamline operations. 

Requirements

· Teamwork Skills: Willingness to work closely with others to achieve common goals. 

· Computer Proficiency: Skills in Microsoft programs and the ability to quickly learn dispatching and customer-based software.

Position Overview:

Four Seasons Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced A/C Service Technician. This is a full-time position, available all year round, providing an excellent opportunity for those seeking long-term employment in a supportive and family-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service.
• Must hold a valid and acceptable Florida Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a drug screening, as we maintain a drug-free workplace.
